Our Story
Sweven Realty was built on a simple observation: buying property in the UAE should neither feel like a hassle nor a sales pitch.
Too much of this market runs on hype, launch-day pressure, inflated promises, and agents who overpromise. We built Sweven Realty to do the opposite.
We work directly with the region’s most established developers: Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, Aldar, Arada, and more, giving our clients direct access to off-plan launches, secondary-market opportunities, and rentals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. But access alone was never the point. What matters is what we do with it: analyzing the market properly, understanding what a client actually needs, and saying no to a deal that doesn’t serve them.
That’s the standard Sweven Realty was founded on. It’s the same one we hold on to.
Who We Are
Sweven Realty is a UAE real estate firm specializing in high-end residential property and exclusive off- plan investment. We work with end-users, investors, and landlords across four markets-Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah- and across every stage of the property journey, from first consultation to post-handover support.
What sets us apart isn’t just developer access, though that matters. It’s how deliberately we use it. Every property we bring to a client has been assessed against real market data, not sentiment driven pricing trends, developer track record, and area-level demand. Every client works with a dedicated advisor from day one, not a rotating cast of agents. And every recommendation is made with the same question in mind: will this serve you in five years, or just today?
That discipline is what built Sweven Realty’s reputation with clients who expect more than a listing- a strategy!
Where It All Started
Sweven Realty was founded by Avinash Mali and Sharafudheen Melepoyil, who shared a conviction that the UAE property market needed more advisors and fewer salespeople. They built Sweven Realty around that idea-and a team that leads with market insight, treats every client relationship as long-term, and measures success by outcomes, not transactions. That principle has shaped every hire, every partnership, and every property the firm has managed since.
